Update On GTB Services

Due to the ongoing system upgrade of Guaranty Trust Bank LTD, GTB,  customers are left with no other choice than to join long queues at various branches of the bank, to perform their transactions.

GTB has, however, given update on its services, saying that the Digital Banking Channels are available online.

 

In a post on X, on Wednesday, GTB appreciated its customers for their understanding and support during this transition and informed that it is still at work uptimizing its new system to ensure a more qualitative customers’ experience.

This may be a near good news for GTB customers who have suffered due to the ongoing system upgrade of the bank that has made transactions impossible for days.
