Lokpobiri hails Diri’s development strides at 5th anniversary

The Minister of State Petroleum Resources (Oil) Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri Ph.D joined the Governor of Bayelsa State Senator Douye Diri and other dignitaries in marking the 5th anniversary of the Douye Diri administration.

In a statement on Saturday he signed and circulated to newsmen, the Minister reiterated the collaboration between the Federal and the state governments in ensuring the development of states under the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration.

According to him “ Is pleasure to have joined people of goodwill here in Yenagoa for the special dinner in celebration of the fifth anniversary of our Governor, His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri. This milestone is a testament to his dedication, visionary leadership and relentless commitment to the progress of Bayelsa State.

“I must emphasize that the Federal Government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains committed to complementing every effort aimed at advancing development across the nation. As a proud son of Bayelsa, I can personally attest to Mr. President’s resolve in this regard.

“As we celebrate this anniversary, I extend my best wishes to Governor Diri, hoping for continued success as he delivers even greater dividends to our people.”
