Ali Isa JC applauds Gbajabiamila’s leadership, hails “Behind the Curtain” at Lagos Book launch


It was a night of political nostalgia and leadership reflections as the distinguished statesman, Rt. Hon. Ali Isa JC, joined an array of dignitaries in Lagos on Monday for the book reading and signing of Behind the Curtain: Femi Gbajabiamila Leadership story.
The event celebrated the legacy of the former Speaker of the House of Representatives and current Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila.
Ali Isa JC, a prominent lawmaker himself, took the stage to commend Gbajabiamila’s impactful tenure as the 9th Speaker, describing the book as a compelling chronicle of vision, resilience, and unwavering service to the nation.

“It was indeed an inspiring event, where I paid glowing tribute and witnessed a remarkable conversation at the book reading and signing of Behind the Curtain: Femi Gbajabiamila Leadership Story,” Ali Isa JC remarked.

The event drew a distinguished audience, including the Speaker of the 10th House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, alongside a host of political and legislative figures, whose presence underscored the enduring influence of Gbajabiamila’s leadership on governance and national development.
In his address, Ali Isa JC lauded Gbajabiamila’s legislative achievements, describing him as a leader of rare courage and integrity.
“The evening was a testament to his exceptional leadership and dedication to nation-building.
” It was an honour to be in attendance alongside Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas and other distinguished guests,” he noted.
He further extended heartfelt congratulations to the former Speaker, now Chief of Staff to the President, on this milestone achievement, affirming his personal admiration for Gbajabiamila’s leadership.
“My personal experience with him has been incredibly positive. I can confidently say that he is not only a great leader but also a brother and a reliable friend,” he said.
