The Chairman Mallam Mohammed Kabir Ilyasu and the entire Editorial Board of Ebony Herald International Magazine heartly rejoice with Prof. MK Othman on his well deserved appointment as the Vice Chancellor of Federal University Dustin -Ma (FUDMA) Katsina State.
