Aiyedatiwa’s Aide, Ebijimi, bags national excellence award on erosion control

Nigerians in Diaspora, Princess Abimbola Christiana Ogunsakin and Damilola Akinwalere has congratulated the Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor on Erosion Control and Flood-Related Matters, Hon. Engineer Elisha Ayoleyi Ebijimi, on his recent Award of Excellence received in Abuja.
Akinwalere and Ogunsakin, in separate goodwill messages from the United States of America, said the honour conferred at the Ebony Herald Hall of Fame and Dignity, was well deserved, citing Ondo State’s remarkable record of zero complaints on flooding and erosion throughout 2025.

They attributed the feat to Ebijimi’s proactive approach, active field engagement and personal involvement in tackling erosion challenges across the state.
Describing the award, which recognised Ebijimi as “Advocate of Environmental Excellence on Erosion Control,” as a testament to his dedication to service and unwavering commitment to making the environment safer and more sustainable.
“You continue to inspire many through your dedication to service and your passion for environmental safety,” Princess Abimbola Ogunsakin said, praying that God grants him greater wisdom, strength and favour as he continues to distinguish himself in public service.
Both Akinwalere and Princess Ogunsakin heartily rejoiced with the award recipient, noting that his achievements have brought pride to Ilaje and Ondo State at large.
