A leading chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Dr. (Barrister) Olumuyiwa Adu, popularly known as Cubana, has once again underscored his commitment to community development and cultural unity by donating ₦10 million at the 2025 Ekimogun Day celebration in Ondo Kingdom.
Dr. Adu was specially invited to the historic event in recognition of his notable contributions to community development, politics and his consistent identification with the people of Ondo Kingdom.
The colourful celebration, held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the Ondo Civic Centre, attracted a large gathering of dignitaries, including top politicians, captains of industry, traditional rulers, community leaders, professionals, youths, as well as sons and daughters of Ondo Kingdom from within and outside the country.
Ekimogun Day, an annual cultural festival, celebrates the unity, heritage and rich traditions of Ondo Kingdom.
The presence of Dr. Adu added glamour and prestige to the occasion, as he was warmly received by attendees who described him as a true son of the soil and a dependable leader.
At the grand Gala Night, Dr. Adu served as Chairman of the occasion, a role he performed with grace and enthusiasm.
He announced a donation of ₦10 million to support the celebration and enhance the entertainment of guests, a gesture that drew loud applause from the audience.
