Across Ondo North, many constituents are quietly reflecting on the kind of representation they have experienced and the kind they truly deserve. The Senate is meant to amplify the concerns of the people, especially on matters that shape daily life such as infrastructure, employment opportunities for young people, economic stability, and community safety. Yet there is a growing perception that these concerns have not received the sustained and forceful attention they require at the national level.
A senator’s duty goes beyond occupying a seat. It requires consistent advocacy, clear legislative engagement, and visible effort to translate local needs into national action. Where these elements appear limited, constituents naturally begin to question whether their collective voice is being fully heard.
