Easter Message: Rector Urges Unity and Love

The Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, Dr. Ademola Iyanda Ebeloku, has extended his Easter goodwill message to the polytechnic community and Nigerians.

In a statement made available to journalists on Thursday, Ebeloku congratulated the Christian community on the occasion of Easter, celebrating the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
“On behalf of the Governing Council, Academic Board, Management, Staff and Students of Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, Ondo State , I heartily felicitate and congratulate the entire Christian Community in the Institution and across the length and breadth of Nigeria on the occasion of this year’s Easter Celebration,” the statement read in part.
Ebeloku reminded the community of the power of sacrifice, love, and redemption, urging them to rise above challenges and strengthen their faith.
“As we commemorate the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are reminded of the power of sacrifice,love, and redemption.
” It is a time to rise above our challenges, strengthen our faith, and embrace unity as a Polytechnic Community and a Nation.
“I encourage all and sundry to continue to abide with the golden rule of Jesus Christ – “Love Your Neighbours As Yourself” , so as to continue to safeguard peaceful coexistence and good neighbourliness in our homes, offices, organisations and Nation,” the statement further read.
He encouraged everyone to abide by Jesus’ golden rule – “Love Your Neighbours As Yourself” – to safeguard peaceful coexistence, as he called for unity, compassion, and service, asking people to celebrate the festive mood in moderation.
He wished everyone a happy Easter celebration and God’s bountiful blessings.
