It was a tragic Sunday at Okega quarters in Erusu Akoko town, Ondo State when thunder storm (Sango) struck and killed 70year old woman.
This unfortunate incident occurred as a result of heavy rain accompanied by storms and lighting.
An eye witness account has it that victim is yet to be buried as the community awaits the arrival of sango worshippers to perform necessary rituals, according to customs and traditions.
Sango worshipers are the only people that have the right to buried such victims.
Recall that It has been predicted by Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) that there would be heavy lighting and rainstorm during this year raining season especially in the north central and some parts of South West Regions of the country.
