The Federal Capital Territory, FCT Police Command has apprehended a man identified as Abraham Aliyu for allegedly killing his female employer, Mrs. Dzuma Jidayi.
The FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Haruna Garba, made the disclosure while parading about 43 suspects at the command headquarters on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
CP Haruna Garba revealed that Abraham Aliyu particularly had been on the run since he committed the crime on October 10, 2023, in the Garki area of the FCT.
It would be recalled that, earlier a report had been bandied around that the deceased employer, Mrs. Dzuma was stabbed to death.
But, putting the records straight, the commissioner stated that, a preliminary investigation indicated that the suspect was working in a water factory belonging to the deceased and that the suspect killed her employer with an iron rod for the non- payment of his salary after he had damaged the water pipe in the factory.
