Ministry of interior Partners Uni Abuja on Capacity Building

The Minister of Interior, Hon. (Dr) Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo has described the academic community is an integral component of nation building.

The minister made the statement while playing host to the management team of University of Abuja led by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Abdul-Rasheed Na’Allah, in his office.

The team discussed how the institution can partner with the Centre for Migration Studies to enhance the capacity of the ministry in line with international best practices.

Addressing the visitors, the Honourable Minister said: “Undoubtedly, the academic community is an integral component of nation building. Our growth as a nation can directly be measured by the level of investment we devote to research and development.”
