Oba Adebowale Taiwo celebrates birthday in grand style
… Commissions borehole for community’s needs
It was a moment of merriment and service to humanity, as His Royal Majesty, Oba Michael Kehinde Adebowale Taiwo, (Jowele Lori-Oko Orilobamise II), the Onifiye Adimula of Idado-ijesa kingdom, Atakunmosa East local Government,Osun state, celebrated his birthday in a memorable and distinguished way.
It was indeed, a celebration that also witnessed service to humanity following the commissioning of a three outlet borehole water project meant to attend to the drinkable water needs of the people within the community.
The colourful ceremony, was attended by important dignitaries from all walks of life, residents of the community among others who rendered prayers for the celebrant to spend many more years on the throne of his forefathers.
Commissioning the project, the Chairman of Atakunmosa East local Government area of Osun State, Hon, Adediran Adewumi, popularly known as ‘Akika’, congratulated Oba Adebowale Taiwo for his new age and eulogized him for the project which he described as monumental and impactful.
Hon Adewumi, however, enjoined other monarchs to emulate such developmental project, which according to him, enhances the quality of man in humanity.
The celebrant, Oba Onifiye Adimula of ldado-Ijesa kingdom, while addressing the gathering, gave special thanks to the donors and facilitators of the projects.
Two of the motorized water project outlets were sponsored by Chief Mrs Mutiatu Omobolanle Olorundare, (Erelu-Okin) of Idado-ijesa, while the third water outlet was funded by Dr. Francisco Nicolleti and wife.
The monarch prayed for Almighty God to bless the kindhearted individuals for more open doors and prosperities.
According to the Oba Adebowale Taiwo, the motorized water outlets project would bring into an end, the Sufferings of the ldado people in search of portable water.
