The U.S. Supreme Court fumbled big time!
It fumbled big time to suggest or insinuate or pretend that Donald Trump or any American President has absolute immunity to turn the White House into a Crime Theatre as brilliantly expressed by few of their liberal- leaning colleagues in the same Court.
Conservative Judge Michael Luttig, Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe and former Acting Solicitor General of the United States now a Georgetown University Professor Neal Katyal make Chief Justice Roberts and few of his conservative colleagues like Vendetta- driven and corrupt Clarence Thomas and clever by half Judge Alito look like amateurs in Law who do not deserve to sit in that apex Court for life in a country widely recognized as the Bastion of Democracy in the World.
Republican-leaning Judge Luttig’s statement that the current Supreme Court of the United States has by their views on whether or not Donald Trump has absolute immunity to commit any crimes he wants in office, has made the Court become part of the problem of America and not part of the solution at all.
The U.S. Supreme Court by their expected ruling and their attempt or inclination to further delay their ruling on the motion before it, has “ipso facto” put a dagger into the heart of Democracy by defending the indefensible and defending the claim of any American President including Trump to be totally immuned from prosecution for any crimes he may have committed while in or out of office.
It is a totally false claim that is not backed by the Constitution
I was expecting Comedian Colin Jost of Saturday Night Live who performed at yesterday’s White House Correspondents Dinner to add a joke on Donald Trump’s claim to absolute immunity and the inclination of the conservative Judges in the Supreme Court to side with him by thanking Joe Biden whom he described as an epitome of Decency at the Dinner for not already leading or plotting a scheme to assassinate Donald Trump for his role on the first Coup d’Etat in America on January 6, 2021.
Donald Trump has opened the gate for such a joke by his outrageous and ridiculous and delusional claim to absolute immunity under any circumstance
That joke would have drawn a lot of laughter and would have received a standing ovation.
The way out for the majority of American voters in November is to come out to vote out Donald Trump and his supporters to kill Democracy in America and to replace it with Autocracy and Dictatorship
We must not let them succeed in all of their voter suppression strategies and treasonous collusion and co- operation with Vladimir Putin to spread criminal disinformation in America to confuse and mislead the voters across the board.
