Auto Crash Claims Four Lives In Bayelsa.

Four persons was killed in Famgbe II community along the Yenagoa-Oporoma road Bayelsa State on Monday night.

The accident which involved a Siena car and a tricycle popularly known as Keke Napep, killed all three persengers in the tricycle, including the driver.

Though the cause of the accident was not ascertained immediately, it was said that visibility was poor due to the downpour in the area.

According to an eyewitness, the crashed occured by 7pm in the evening when the Siena was moving towards Angiama end of the Oporoma road in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area while the tricycle was returning to Yenagoa the State capital.

He said the driver of the tricycle and his passengers died on the spot while occupants of the Sienna van escaped unhurt.

According to him, it took some time before residents responded to the emergency due to the rain and darkness.
