Ambassador Ajibola Bello Urges Nigerians to Embrace Peace
…Says Peace is Necessary for Nigeria’s Sustainable Development
One of the recipients of Peace Ambassadors of Nigeria,Elhadj Ajbola Bello has called on every Nigerian to embrace peace for the country to develop and prosper.
Elhadj Bello stated this at the weekend in Abuja shortly after he received an award at the inauguration of 1000 Peace Ambassadors of Nigeria Honorary Award 24 for his impactful contributions to Peacekeeping in Nigeria.
He noted that no country can achieve growth and sustainable development without peaceful coexistence among its citizenry.
While thanking the organizers of the award program for recognizing his efforts and others towards ensuring peace in Nigeria, he promised to intensify commitment to support peacekeeping efforts of the governments.
Elhadj Bello said “Peacekeeping has been what in my mind for a very long time. Peace is what we need, and this program has started in peace and we pray it will end in peace,because what we need in this country now is peace. What we pray for is peace, everybody prays for is peace.
“I have been putting efforts in my little way to towards ensuring peace in different organizations and in Nigeria as a country.
“And everyone should make an impact in Nation building and peacekeeping for sustainable development of Nigeria. No country can develop without peace.
“So in any way we see people engaging in peace talks we should embrace it. I am very happy to be part of this award event today”.
He urge governments, all relevant stakeholders and individuals in the country to avoid actions or behaviour that can disrupt the nation’s Peace.
Elhadj Ajibola dedicated the award to the Almighty God and citizens of Nigeria.
Elhadj A. Ajibola Bello is a Law Officer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Senior Partner of A5 Global Logistics Company Located in Abuja.
Elhadj Ajbola Bello is from Ibadan ,Oyo state.
Elhadj Bello is credited to have involved in many success in contributing to the development of this Country and well represented both home and abroad
