During the presentation of the certificate to Gabriel Oyibode by Professor J. E. Ukwede; Professor of Education and the

Dean, Faculty of Education, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, commended Chief Gabriel Oyibode for his zealous efforts and passion to pursue education to this level. Lamenting that, our Contemporary Society today has withnessed decline in academic pursuit and also the habit of reading and learning has reduced drastically,he stressed.

In his words, “I want to recognize and respect every existing protocol in this remarkable event. I will describe this occasion as an important occasion because getting a doctorate degree all over the world is not an easy task.

After fulfilling the requirements for academic doctorate award; both in presentation and materials, on behalf of the Vice Chancellor and the senate of Ambrose Ali University, I present to you this certificate and declare you by this certification as Doctor of Political Science.
