Those who determine who wins or loses the Presidency are only the 570 handpicked electors of the voodoo Electoral College which was a contraption to permanently keep power in the hands of a racist hoodlum like Donald Trump, if he loses the popular vote to a candidate like Hillary Clinton who was also white but who strongly believed that Democracy is a game of numbers based on one- man-one-vote and that under no condition or circumstance can the verdict of 570 electors in a nation of 381 million people be allowed to supersede the verdict of 137 million Americans who had voted in 2016.
Point number 2 had occurred when Donald Trump became President and he fraudulently rushed the appointment of 3 Republican- leading Judges within a year to give the Republicans an absolute majority of 6 to 3 in the Supreme Court because he was expecting those 6 Judges to always side with him when he breaks the Law or when he attempts to kill Democracy and to replace it with Dictatorship and Autocracy.
He has already told the nation that if he succeeds in getting elected in 2024, again even if he loses the popular vote by more than 7.5 to 10 million like he had done in 2020 against Joe Biden, he would still claim victory.
Donald Trump is undoubtedly the worst scoundrel by sponsoring a Coup on January 6 which we all watched on television with our own eyes and when no less than 5 Americans including Law Enforcement officers were murdered in cold blood by insurrectionists he had recruited from his private Army of foot soldiers from the Proud Boys and his Oath Keepers Militia who were armed to the teeth and who had brought to the Capitol a gallow to hang his own Vice President, if he had refused to carry out his orders and if they were able to reach him and individuals like Nancy Pelosi. It would have been a blood bath.
Donald Trump is now arguing that the assault we all saw with our own eyes on television was a cakewalk and a picnic and not an insurrection and a Coup and that he had the power to do what he did as the 45th President of America and the only one with that kind of mindset.
He is expecting the Highest Court in the country to rule in his favor as a Mafia Boss and as a hardened criminal worse than John Gotti and El Chapo of Mexico.
He had wanted a Supreme Court that is created in his own image as an outlaw who believes he is above the Law and he is entitled to break the Law any time he wants because he has gotten away with murder ever so often that he now claims he has immunity against public prosecution in or out of power.
No Supreme Court anywhere in the World not even in Communist China, Russia or North Korea would ever rule that their President is totally above the Law but Donald Trump in his foolhardiness and criminal mindset is expecting the Supreme Court to side with him because he appointed the majority of them.
Donald Trump is Hell-bent on muzzling the Supreme Court to support his running for President in 2024 just to stay out of jail.
He is also expecting the Supreme Court to help him use delaying tactics thru the Statute of Limitations to get him off the hook
Trump’s Immunity Claim is now before the Supreme Court for adjudication.
Donald Trump wants the Supreme Court to support his motion that he cannot be prosecuted for any crimes he has committed while in power and even long after he has left office. That is the predicament he has placed the US Supreme Court as we speak and the only American President to do that in the Guinness Book of Records.
He wants the Supreme Court to rule that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution does not apply to him. We have got to wait and see and despite the opinion expressed by well respected Conservative Judge Luttig and Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe which I completely support and despite the Ruling by Colorado and many more states in America.
He would have to go to Tipperary to find a Supreme Court that would be so gullible as to side with him in a country governed by the Rule of Law like America.
The Hearing is set to begin on January 9th at the Supreme Court.
The whole world is waiting and watching what the Apex Court is going to do.
He not only financed and proactively supported the insurrectionists, he gave them support and comfort by telling them he was going to be there with them.
It was all on tape for the Supreme Court to hear and to see for themselves.
it took the Secret Service a Hell of time to persuade him from personally going out to lead the insurrection to the Capitol on January 6 in 2021.
I long predicted that Donald Trump would soon start claiming that it was ANTIFA and the FBI and the DOJ and Joe Biden that had perpetrated the Coup on January 6 and that he was in Saudi Arabia on a State visit when the Coup had occurred.
That is where we are headed today and he is soon going to tell more lies as a pathological liar who knows no other way to do business.
Americans made a horrendous mistake the day they ever allowed Donald Trump to get anywhere near the corridor of Power in the greatest country in the World and the erstwhile Bastion of Democracy.
Donald Trump is the greatest scoundrel of all in my opinion because his conundrum and bravado as the 45th President have demonstrated the vulnerability and all of the weaknesses of the American Constitution that the famous British novelist Charles Dickens has envisaged when he wrote his best seller titled, “The Tale of Two Cities”
You could say America under Donald Trump was the best and the worst at the same time. It was the strongest and the weakest nation on Earth if you get my point.
America the so-called Bastion of Democracy narrowly escaped becoming a citadel or a signpost for Dictatorship and Autocracy on January 6 in 2021, a day that would live in infamy forever, but for the special “Grace of God” and the combined intervention of few patriotic Americans who simply refused to cave in to the greatest scoundrel of all.
The first among those patriots was the Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley.
The second was Vice President Michael Pence.
The third and the fourth were Democratic Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Republican Minority Leader Mitch McConnell who had seen the red light of Democracy dangerously flashing and they both decided the certification of the victory of Joe Biden must not be postponed that day. It was a strategic move on their part that led to the survival of Democracy in America till now.
The fifth individual was the first female Speaker Emeritus of the House who had rallied the Congress to provide the necessary back-up for the Senate and for Michael Pence whose life was clearly put in danger by the vicious scoundrel who had thought that he had the Supreme Court and the Judiciary in his pocket to carry out his biddings at that turning point in American History.
The scoundrel had lost no less than 60 litigations he had wanted to use as a delaying tactic and strategy to get his way to snatch victory from the jaw of defeat by using the Supreme Court as his weapon of choice to achieve his goal.
Trump has so far failed woefully but like a drowning man who will cling to a snake, he is yet to completely give up, but I am predicting, against all odds, that he would not succeed . You all can write it down and put my name down to it.
I would not end this article without mentioning few of the unsung heroes and Heroines of the Trump’s Treasonous attempt to end Democracy in America by force. It was a crime that would have earned him a death penalty anywhere else in the World.
One of them was Bennie Thompson of Alabama and his amazing Committee of 9 which included 2 of the unsung heroes like Liz Cheney and Adam Kizzinger, both Republicans who had bluntly refused to cave in to the scoundrel and who had stood up for Democracy to the very end at great risk to themselves.
Among those unsung heroes was a young Republican woman named Cassidy Hutchinson and few others like her who had stood firm like the Rock of Gibraltar to expose and to shame the scoundrel.
