INVITATION TO THE FORMAL UNVEILING OF THE EQUIPMENT LEASING REGISTRATION AUTHORITY AND NATIONAL TECHNICAL WORKSHOP ON LEASING REGULATION
The Equipment Leasing Registration Authority (ELRA) established by the ELRA Act 2015 as a revenue generating agency, with the mandate to register Lease Agreements, regulate the business of leasing in banks, other Financial Institutions and in the economy generally and attract investment into the country. The Authority is to formally open the Registry for Registration of Leases and generate revenue therefrom to the Federal Government.
The Authority is organizing a National Technical Workshop on Leasing regulation as well as the Formal Unveiling of the Equipment Leasing Registration Authority to stakeholders and the general public.
By this notice, critical stakeholders in the sector are encouraged to take advantage of this high profile Workshop to sharpen their skills and deepen their knowledge in it.
