According to the group, the President recently approved the appointment of Sola Iji as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Russia, while Jimoh Ibrahim was named Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations.

It also noted the designation of Taiwo Oyedele, an Akoko-born economist, as Minister of State for Finance.

The group, which is championing support in Ondo State for the re-election of President Tinubu, is an initiative sponsored by philanthropist and Chairman of Glow FM, Dr Ezekiel Akande.

Akande congratulated the appointees and urged them to prioritise the well-being of the people above personal interests while discharging their duties.

He also called on the people of Ondo State to continue to support the Tinubu administration in its quest to deliver the dividends of democracy to Nigerians.

The statement was made available to journalists by the group’s coordinator, Olatunbosun Awe, who urged residents of the state to support the organisation’s efforts towards ensuring the success of President Tinubu’s re-election bid.
