BREAKING: Trump Wins US Election, As Republican Takes Control of the Senate

Donald Trump has officially won the US Election, as he secures historic return to the White House, surpassing the crucial 270 electoral vote threshold required to win, and cementing his place as the 47th President of the United States.
Trump’s path to victory included wins in critical swing states such as North Carolina, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, which collectively pushed him over the 270-vote mark.
Meanwhile, Democratic candidate Kamala Harris has not yet conceded or addressed her supporters, and crowds reportedly left her campaign watch party earlier in the evening as results signaled a Republican win.
In a significant boost to Trump’s presidency, Republicans also took control of the Senate, flipping a series of key seats from Democrats. This outcome gives Trump a stronger support base in Congress, setting the stage for his proposed policies to gain legislative backing.
