APC Kebbi Suspends political groups Activities

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kebbi State has announced the immediate suspension of all activities of the political groups TKT and TKG.
The announcement was officially made by a foremost political leader in the state, Alhaji Umaru Idris Buro, during a crucial peace meeting held at the APC State Secretariat in Birnin Kebbi.

The decision follows ongoing efforts by the party leadership to strengthen unity, prevent internal divisions, and ensure peaceful coexistence among party members across the state.

The meeting was attended by key stakeholders, including the Executive Chairman of Augie Local Government Area, Hon. Yahaya Muhammad Augie, who played an active role in the peace discussions. His participation was commended as a demonstration of his commitment to fostering stability, harmony, and party discipline within the APC.

According to Alhaji Umaru Idris Buro, the suspension of TKT and TKG activities is part of a broader strategy to maintain order, reinforce party cohesion, and encourage members to operate strictly under the recognized leadership structures of the APC.

He emphasized that all members of the suspended groups are expected to fully comply with the directive, as the party will not tolerate actions capable of causing disunity or disrupting party operations at any level.

The APC leadership reaffirmed its commitment to promoting peace, strengthening internal democracy, and supporting the administration’s development agenda for the people of Kebbi State.
