A proud daughter of Offa in Kwara State, she has devoted her life to empowering communities, strengthening institutions, and promoting inclusive governance.
With a mission rooted in uplifting people and driving sustainable development, she continues to champion initiatives that positively impact her constituency, her state, and Nigeria at large.
Her academic foundation reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence. She earned a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University and holds a National Diploma in Marketing from the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa.
She further sharpened her expertise at the University of Lagos Human Resources Development Centre, where she obtained Executive and Advanced Diplomas in Business Administration with distinction.
This strong educational background complements her analytical, technological, and problem-solving skills.
Hajia Abdulrahman’s professional journey spans over two decades of impactful service at First Bank of Nigeria Plc, where she built a reputation for diligence, teamwork, and exceptional service delivery.
Her passion for community development later propelled her into the non-governmental and humanitarian space, where she has continued to make profound contributions.
She served as Abuja District Ameerah (President) of The Criterion, championing issues affecting women, children, and families.
As Coordinator of Face of Change Kwara, she led conflict resolution and reconciliation initiatives that fostered unity and peaceful coexistence.

She is also the National Convener of Women Advocacy for Good Governance, where she mentors and mobilises women to actively participate in politics and governance.
A passionate humanitarian, Hajia Abdulrahman has empowered countless young Nigerians through employment support, access to tertiary education, scholarships, and small-scale business loans.
Her community outreach cuts across religious and social lines, with donations to churches, mosques, social centres, and libraries, promoting unity, literacy, and shared progress.

Today, she serves as the North Central Zonal Woman Leader of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), where she continues to inspire women’s participation and leadership in politics.
