The Station Priest, St. Peters Anglican Church, Kpansia, Yenagoa, Rev. Okpanran Ayebatitari Godfirst Sunny, have been nominated for the fifth edition of the prestigious Bayelsa Media Network Awards.
According to a statement issued to newsmen in Yenagoa by the Project Manager, Mr. Blessing Matthew Ozegbe, stated that Rev. Godfirst Okpanran is a clergyman par excellence, whose teachings have impacted positively in the lives of many.
Mr. Ozegbe further described Rev. Okpanran as a kind hearted and God fearing man who has shown enormous compassion to humanity.
He noted that the clergyman is humble and visionary with vast knowledge of the gospel and has helped increase the understanding abilities of Christians through his mind blowing and impactful teachings, noting that the clergyman through his service to God has also helped to upgrade the lives of many in the areas of human capacity development.
The project manager said Rev. Okpanran is a silent philanthropist, a trail blazer and a very compassionate Clergyman whose passion to develop men positively, increase their standard of living and winning them to Christ cannot be ignored.
He enjoined other clergymen in the country to take a clue from the humble and Christ-like nature of Rev. Okpanran Ayebatitari Godfirst Sunny and impact the lives of Christians meaningfully and shower them with love just as Christ did for all.
