Delegates Across Countries Arrive for the Int’l Onions Conference in Sokoto.
Delegates and invited guests have started arriving Sokoto in there numbers for the International Onions Conference scheduled to hold on Tuesday and Wednesday, 15th and 16th October.
Among those who arrived today is the president of the National Onion Producers, Processors, and Marketers Association of Nigeria, NOPPMAN, Niger Republic, Alhaji Aminu.
On his arrival, he commented that he is delighted to be available for the conference, adding that part of the deliberation expected at the event is how to proffer solutions to some issues that have been causing stagnation in the progress of Onion marketing in Africa.
He also expects that the leadership of the association will put ideas together that will benefit both farmers and marketers up to the consumers, for them to have a level playing ground.
Also, Alhaji Musa Idda (Musa Maraye) from Ghana, and a whole lot of others, were received today.
Alhaji Idda prayed for a successful gathering and deliberations.
