RUGIPO Alumni Chairman Praises Min. of Interior for Support. By Olawale Lamina

The Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Alumni Association, RUGIPO Abuja Chapter, has commended the honourable Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo for his support during its just concluded end of year cum inauguration of Roland Adesina Development Foundation held at the International Conference Center, ICC, over the weekend.

In a letter acknowledging the good gestures of the minister, on behalf of the association, the alumni chairman, Otunba Abubakar Adeshina extended the group’s appreciation to the minister saying, “for your kind gestures, love and support for our end of the year party and the newly established foundation of the chapter aimed at reducing the level of school drop out and end to equally provide scholarship for indigent students.”

Adeshina equally acknowledged the Minister of Interior for his generosity, most especially his eagerness to support RUGlPO “by promising to provide employment opportunity for our members ,you have made a positive impact on the association, most sincerely.”

The association’s chairman described the honourable minister as a port in a storm, going by his commitment to lend a hand to the alumni whenever called upon.
