Tribunal Dismisses LP, PDP’s Suit Against Tinubu’s Qualifications
The petition seeking disqualifications of President Tinubu by Labour Party and Peoples Democratic party at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) sitting in Abuja was dismissed on Wednesday 6th September in Abuja .
The suits were filed by the Labour Party and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The PEPT’s proceeding is still ongoing at the time of filing this report
