Breaking barriers: Why America is ready for Its First Female President
In this article, I aim to tackle the outdated notion held by certain American voters, both men and women, who still believe the nation is unprepared to elect a female President.
These individuals are trapped in a fool’s paradise, holding onto ideas more suited to the 18th century than the modern era of 21st century.
America, as the leading force of the free world and one of history’s greatest experiments, doesn’t move in reverse. It is a country that constantly pushes forward.
The tiny state of Israel, established in 1948 and surrounded by hostile Arab and Muslim neighbours, who outnumber the Israelis by 50 to 1, did not hesitate to elect Golda Meir as Prime Minister after Ben Gurion, a few short years after he was elected the first Israeli Prime Minister.
Golda Meir prosecuted the Yom Kippur War in 1973, earning her reputation as an “Iron Lady” and one of the greatest political leaders of Israel.
The largest democratic country in the world, India, a former British colony which gained independence from Great Britain in 1948, also elected the great Pandit Nehru as its first Prime Minister. In short order, it elected its first female Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi, a product of Cambridge University.
Even Great Britain, where the Mother of Parliament is located, not only crowned Queen Victoria, who led the country for 63 uninterrupted years, but in less than a few decades later, crowned Queen Elizabeth II, who became the longest-serving monarch of Great Britain, reigning for 70 remarkable years.
During her reign, the UK elected two female Prime Ministers: Margaret Thatcher and Theresa May.
Pakistan, which broke away from India, elected its first female Prime Minister, Benazir Bhutto, a product of London University and Oxford. Even tiny Liberia in West Africa elected its first female President, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, a product of Harvard University and former Permanent Representative of Liberia to the UN.
Come on. Give me a break. Any American voter, male or female, who still thinks America is not ready to elect its first female President, wants to drag America back to the Stone Age. As Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have repeatedly emphasised, America is not going back.
When I think of female American heroines like Sally Ride, one of the American astronauts, or Oprah Winfrey, or Maya Angelou, the Presidential Poet, or Shirley Chisholm, or Senator Duckworth of Illinois, the American helicopter pilot and amputee who fought in the Iraq War, losing both legs in combat but still surviving to lead a productive life as a distinguished Senator from Illinois, not to mention music idols and celebrities like Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and several others that time will not permit me to mention in this write-up.
It’s clear that those still saying Donald Trump, a convicted felon at 78, is better than Kamala Harris are suffering from selective amnesia or the early symptoms of dementia, Parkinson’s, or Alzheimer’s.
Donald Trump is in no way superior to Kamala Harris, a vibrant and razor-sharp public prosecutor who has served as Attorney General of the largest state in America, as a U.S. Senator, and as U.S. Vice President for four years before throwing her hat into the ring to compete for the presidency.
Kamala is in no way inferior to a lunatic who got lucky in 2016 and became President by fluke and sheer accident, without any relevant experience.
Are these people serious or delusional? I think they are both.
Kamala Harris is by far more ready and qualified to be President than Donald Trump, the psychopath and pathological liar who wants to be a dictator from day one and who promises to deport 15 to 20 million Americans within his first 100 days. The knee-jerk Idi Amin Dada has just told you why he is going nowhere but down in this election.
Immigrants are the lifeblood and backbone of America. Deporting 15 million of them in a split second, as the sociopath is promising, would instantly put the American economy in serious jeopardy. It’s a decision he’ll never have the chance to execute because he will never be President again.
Mark my words, with the credibility and precision of a Nostradamus, or like my grandfather, the 41st Deji of Akure, Erinlakatabu Oba Afunbiowo Adesida I, who predicted that Queen Elizabeth II would shatter the British record for longevity on the throne, and she did.
Queen Elizabeth became Queen at 26, got the prediction from my grandfather at 29, and sure enough, became the longest-reigning monarch not only in Britain but arguably in the world, with her 70 epoch-making years on the throne.
If you’re one of those retrogressive and delusional American voters who believe it is not yet time for a female President in America, you are simply out of your mind and are on a mission to lead America back to the Stone Age.
America is not going back. You can go there if that’s where you want to be, but America is not going with you, because it has better things to do with its time. America is not going back!
Kamala Harris is the next President of the United States.
It is a foregone conclusion. All we need to do is ensure a huge and robust turnout in this election, particularly in the seven battleground states, as the mail-in votes nationwide are already suggesting.
The Democrats must deploy many more cybersecurity experts to monitor what Trump’s KGB agents are doing behind closed doors to sabotage the election and cause anarchy if it becomes clear to him that he is losing.
He knows that a loss means he is going to jail for the many crimes he has committed, which are now coming to light.
If voters maintain this momentum on November 5, Kamala Harris will enter the White House with the highest number of votes ever received by any candidate, dead or alive, in America.
That’s my prediction. I’m not a Professor Houdini, America’s greatest magician, nor Professor Moshood Peller, Nigeria’s greatest magician, trained and certified in India.
Kamala Harris is unstoppable, despite all of Donald Trump’s dirty tricks and threats of violence and mayhem. Trump miraculously survived his first coup on January 6, 2020, in a country supposedly governed by the rule of law.
I rest my case.
