

I, Otunba Omoluwabi Adeshina Abubakar, the Chairman RUGIPO Alumni Association Abuja Chapter, congratulate Nigerians as we celebrate our 63 years of nationhood.

Otunba Abubakar, in a statement to celebrate Nigeria’s 63 independence, added that “a united and prosperous Nigeria is achievable through strong leadership, good governance, and transformative policies.

He averred, that Nigeria has continuously demonstrated its resilience, vibrancy, and determination to overcome challenges and achieve progress and transformation since it became independence in 1960.
“The sacrifices made by our founding fathers and their contributions to the growth and development of our beloved nation are phenomenal.
“And I salute the efforts of those who have dedicated their lives to upholding the principles of democracy, justice, and unity towards making our dear country great.

“Let me also use this opportunity, to admonish Nigerians to stand firm and uphold the nation’s unity irrespective of their ethnic, regional, and religious differences.
Continuing, Otunba Abubakar assured, that the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu had come with a divine purpose for the actualisation of the dreams of founding fathers and aspirations of Nigerians.
He appealed to the current leaders to work concertedly and assiduously to improve the quality of life of Nigerians and improve their livelihood.
“It becomes imperative to renew our covenant with God and throw our confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda of our dear president in this onerous task,” he said.
He, however, prayed that God continues to renew the strength of our President, Bola Tinubu as well as that of his cabinet members, increase their wisdom towards delivering a better Nigeria we all yearn for.
And that God in His mercies, continues to bind the nation in love, unity and faith as we celebrate the 63rd Independence Anniversary of our great nation.
