PAP Phase 2 Elections, Muturu Assures Delegates Of All Inclusive Leadership.

As the election of the Presidential Amnesty Programs, PAP, Phase 2 draws nearer, Ambassador Kingsley Muturu, one of the leading aspirant contesting for the position of the national chairman has assured delegates that his leadership style will be all inclusive if voted for.

Muturu, stated this on Tuesday in Yenagoa, while addressing delegates, as part of his ongoing campaigns for the national chairman of the PAP phase 2.

He said as somebody that has been in the struggle he’s not oblivious of the enormous challenges confronting them, hence seeking for their votes come July 1st 2024 when the election will be taking place.

According to him, if elected he’s going to ensure that he collaborate with the Presidential Amnesty office to bring the needed development where needed.

The Peace Ambassador, further commended president Ahmed Bola Tinubu for appointing Mr Dennis Otuaro, who he believes is a good man that will give them a listening ear for the betterment of the region.

Muturu, who lambasted the formal interim Administrator for it’s many woe’s, reiterated it’s commitment to work with the present Interim Administrator.

“So am happy that someone who understands the system has come onboard. So we will be privilege to work with him, I believe things will change, because it has been long they deploy people to schools, vocational training, infact the amnesty has lost sight before this man comes in, by the grace of God things will work well.

Enumerating his achievements while as the Delta State Phase 2 Chairman, Muturu said through his efforts many youths went abroad for studies, training’s, as well vocational skills was encouraged.

On his part the Bayelsa State Chairman of Amnesty phase 2, Paul Johnson, who presided over the meeting said there have been a lot of threat prior to the meeting, however give thanks to God that at the end, everything went peacefully.

The State Chairman, commended the government of Bayelsa State, security agencies,the media amongst others in ensuring there’s peace.

Four persons are contesting for the position of national chairman, it is the hope of Johnson that the best aspirants win, hinting that the challenges confronting the amnesty program are enormous, so they will need someone that will surmount the challenges.

General LastDon Thomas, a stakeholder, ascribed the sterling qualities of the aspirant and called on everyone to support its chairmanship ambition for the national chairman.

Thomas, said while the chairmanship hopeful was a state chairman in Delta State, he went as far as solving problems of people from other states, hence he believes if Muturu is elected , he will performed to the satisfaction of all.

“So for me he’s capable of becoming the chairman, for me my vote, because I cannot vow for everybody, my vote is going for him.” He noted.
